Terms of Service

AI Reply Assistant for Zoho Desk, by Orovim · Last updated 2 October 2026

By installing or using this extension you agree to these terms.

What the extension does

It reads a Zoho Desk ticket, searches documents and pages your team has provided, and writes a suggested reply. An agent reviews that suggestion and decides whether to send it. Automatic replies are off by default and only run if your organisation turns them on.

You need your own AI account

The extension does not include AI usage. Each agent supplies an API key from Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Groq, and pays that provider directly. You are responsible for those costs and for complying with that provider's terms.

Generated replies are suggestions

Text produced by an AI model can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, even when your own documents are the source. Review every generated reply before it reaches a customer. If you enable automatic replies, you accept responsibility for messages sent that way. We are not liable for the content of any reply sent from your help desk.

Your data

Your tickets, documents and settings remain yours. What we store and where it goes is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train any model.

Acceptable use

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We may change or interrupt it for maintenance, and we depend on Zoho and on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control.

To keep the service working for everyone, each account has a limit on how many replies, summaries and uploads it can request per hour. Requests over the limit are refused with a message saying when to try again.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orovim is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the extension. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the extension in the preceding twelve months.

Ending it

You may uninstall the extension at any time, and the danger zone in settings deletes your connection, your keys, your documents and your settings. Two things outlive it on purpose: the log of what automatic replies did, and the secret address Zoho sends new tickets to. Email support@orovim.com and we will remove those too. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
